Robert (Bob) J. Bundy, Jr.
Bob Bundy, the Head Community Association Manager & Realtor® at Bundy Appraisal & Management, is a respected real estate professional with decades of experience serving the Beaufort and Port Royal communities. With an extensive background in property valuation, real estate, and property management, Bob has built a reputation for integrity, accuracy, and dependable service throughout the Lowcountry. His deep knowledge of the local market—including Port Royal, South Carolina, Beaufort, South Carolina, and surrounding communities—allows him to provide accurate valuations and practical guidance for buyers, sellers, and property owners. Bob is known for his attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to serving his clients with honesty and professionalism. Through Bundy Appraisal & Management, he has helped countless clients navigate real estate transactions, manage rental properties and homeowners associations and understand the true value of their investments. When he’s not working with clients, Bob remains actively involved in the local community and takes pride in helping maintain the charm and growth of the Lowcountry.
Tina Edmonds
Tina Edmonds is dedicated to helping clients with all their real estate needs in the most efficient and reliable way. A licensed Realtor® in both NC and SC, she brings decades of hands-on experience to her work, having served in nearly every role within the industry—including personal assistant, office manager, team member, and independent Realtor. Her career has given her a 360° perspective of the business, allowing her to understand exactly what clients need in any housing market. With her keen organizational skills, marketing know-how, and commitment to excellence, Tina has built her real estate business to be the trusted partner clients rely on to stay focused on what matters most—serving them in their real estate journey, whether it's buying, selling, or investing. Beyond her professional life, Tina has been married to her childhood sweetheart for over 40 years. Together, they’ve raised two sons and are grandparents to a granddaughter and grandson. For the past eight years, Tina and her husband have proudly called the Lowcountry home, where she continues to pour her passion for real estate and community into everything she does.
